What are the benefits of group training?
Group training has been designed to structure your learning within a short time frame.
Let me explain? You may normally work a full-time job and have limited time for training. In this situation, you can allocate a small amount of time (a couple of days) that would best suit your working time frames.
Why is group training important?
Group training is structure training time allocated over a number of days. The information gained in this time period is only limited to your ability to take in the information.
At the conclusion of your training time, your training is summarised by your trainer. This information can then be used to improve your skill based on the new found knowledge.
Why group training instead of the block based courses?
Reason 1 - Fatigue
Fatigue is important to any job. Instead of driving as an individual, the daily training time can be split amongst all participants. This way, you can have a break before your next gruelling training stint.
Reason 2 - Time
Most training course push the learning to a point where you do not have the time to absorb the required knowledge. Group based training give you time to take in the information without pushing for an immediate result.
Reason 3 - Value for Money
Value for money is always important. A couple of days training for a price range between $500 - $1100 can be seen a good value. While this training time is shared with others, you can't beat the price point of this training.
