I previously did my heavy rigid synchromesh with TIDE. I saw an opportunity to get a job driving a bus, so I booked in for a week of MR Bus training. The TIDE team help me through some tough times (personal issues) and gave me the support I required. I am know employed as a bus driver and life is great. A great group of people.
